Franz Witte Install Guarantee
5 -10 days prior to your install date, we will submit a request to Digline Idaho. Please place Digline markers where plants will be installed. Any plant that Franz Witte installs is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. One replacement plant will be offered in the form of a credit equal to the plant value, or a plant of equal value.
Install Guarantee Terms
- Customer installed plants will be guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- One replacement plant will be offered in the form of a credit equal to the plant value, or a plant of equal value.
- The original plant must be returned to the Garden Center with a receipt.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to give the plant proper care and to immediately call if something looks abnormal.
- Neglected plants will not be eligible for replacement.
- Our guarantee does not cover houseplants, annuals, perennials, or clearance items.

How To Care For Your New Plants
It is the customer’s responsibility to give the purchased plants proper care. If the plant begins to look abnormal, please let us know. Our garden center is filled with horticulturists and plant experts. Give us a call and most of the time we can solve the problem over the phone. Any plant we install is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. Plants purchased and installed by the customer are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. Plants will be replaced ONE time, given the buyer has provided a reasonable standard of maintenance. Plants eligible for replacement should be returned to the garden center to determine the cause of the problem. Receipts must accompany all returns. The replacement will be in the form of a credit equal to the original plant’s value or a plant of equal value.
