How To Care For Your New Plants
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide proper care for all purchased plants. If a plant begins to look unhealthy, please contact us. Our garden center team includes experienced horticulturists who can often help resolve issues over the phone.
Any plant installed by Franz Witte is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. Plants purchased and not installed by Franz Witte are guaranteed for 30 days only if they have not been planted and remain in the same condition as when purchased.
Plants eligible for replacement must be returned to the garden center for inspection to determine the cause of the issue. Receipts are required for all returns. Replacements will be issued once, as either a credit equal to the original plant’s value or a plant of equal value, provided the buyer has maintained a reasonable standard of care.
Franz Witte Install Guarantee
5 -10 days prior to your install date, we will submit a request to Digline Idaho. Please place Digline markers where plants will be installed. Any plant that Franz Witte installs is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. One replacement plant will be offered in the form of store credit equal to the plant value, or a plant of equal value.
