After a full season of growing, tending, and tasting, it’s time to wrap up Dwarf Tomatoganza! with a day of learning, sharing, and community celebration. Whether you grew dwarf tomatoes for the first time this year or you’re a seasoned salsa savant, this is your moment to dig in!

- Seed Saving Demonstration. Learn the proper way to save those seeds from your harvest this year! Starting at 9:30AM.
- Salsa-Making Demonstration from local flavor phenoms Ay Que Pica. Starting at 11:00AM.
Watch and learn as they whip up delicious, roasted tomato salsa using homegrown tomatoes. - Canning Demonstration by a local homesteader. Starting at 12:00PM.
Learn how to preserve your tomato harvest and enjoy that summer sunshine year-round. - Crop Use Swap: Discover creative ways to use your harvest! Franz Witte employees will be sharing how they used the dwarf tomato plants they took home—everything from sauces to snacks. Hear their favorite recipes, tips, and a few unexpected surprises.
And we want to hear from you too—bring your own ideas to the table! - Yanni’s Greek Food Truck will be here from 11 AM to 3 PM!
