Our designers assess the possibilities and guide you through the following process…

Step 1: Contact Us
Fill out our contact sheet, call us at (208) 853-0808 or email us at info@franzwitte.com. A designer/project manager will then meet you onsite at no charge to discuss your project.

Step 2: Proposal
After getting a clear picture of your needs and analyzing the scope of the project, our designers will create a budget proposal for design and construction services.

Step 3: Site Inventory
Our designers will often use a basemap to accurately design your landscape.

Step 4: Design Concepts
We will explore multiple solutions to your particular project. After reviewing these
solutions with you, the conceptual designs are combined into a final design.

Step 5: Proposal and Construction
Once the scope of work has been established and contracts have been agreed upon, you and your designer/project manager will schedule when your beautiful new landscape will begin.
